Shipping

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed before shipping, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed over the weekend or during our office closures (e.g., holidays or inclement weather) will begin processing on the next business day.

For added security, orders over a certain amount will be shipped with a signature required for delivery.

We may choose to ship orders through a carrier other than the one selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will remain unaffected.

Returns

Eligible items purchased directly from Fissionem may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Refurbished, scratch & dent, or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Please include a note with the product stating the reason for your return and whether you are requesting an exchange or refund.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item of significant value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please visit our contact page and let us know.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items, overstock items, or refurbished items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
